Macro photography with Sigma 105 and Neewer ring flash
I have been really enjoying getting to grips with macro photography and improving the light source was a game changer for me.
With that in mind I have a number of ‘home made’ softboxes of varying sizes, shapes and material and each of them have been quite successful.
The images in the gallery below were taken with a Neewer macro ring light and I’m happy with these first results.
As ever there is plenty to learn and plenty of room for improvement but I’m optimistic the ring light will prove to be useful and good fun to use.
